Fascial Maneuvers are a movement philosophy that helps you heal your body by moving your fascia. This approach was developed by Human Garage in 2020.

Fascia is a bag of fluid and memory that holds tension, trauma, and emotional patterns. When we move fascia through Fascial Maneuvers—which involve gentle twists, slow movements, breath awareness, and deep listening—we allow our body to soften, release, and reconnect.

The movements are simple, but profound. With intention and presence, we can rehydrate the fascia and come back home to ourselves.

I have been practicing and teaching Fascial Maneuvers since September 2020. This work has transformed my body, my face, and my entire outlook on life.
