Hydration Guide With Fascia Oracle™ Ikue💃💞
Hydration Is Reception
In this hydration guide, I share some of the key foundational elements that have supported my own healing journey and the work I do with fascia, movement, and embodiment.
Proper hydration is not simply about drinking large amounts of water. Many people drink water all day and still feel:
fatigued
stiff
inflamed
swollen
dehydrated
disconnected from their bodies
True hydration is about how the body receives, conducts, circulates, and retains fluid.
Fascia is a living fluid network that surrounds and connects every muscle, organ, nerve, and system in the body. When fascia becomes dehydrated, compressed, inflamed, or stuck in chronic stress patterns, the body can lose flow.
Hydration supports:
fascia health
mobility
circulation
recovery
nervous system regulation
emotional release
energy
cellular communication
For me, there are several key elements that support hydration at a deeper level:
Vitamins
Electrolytes
Movement
1. SILICA
Silica is one of the most overlooked foundational minerals for fascia, connective tissue, hydration, and mineral absorption.
Without adequate silica, the body may struggle to properly absorb minerals. Without minerals, vitamins and hydration may also become harder for the body to utilize effectively.
Silica supports:
connective tissue
fascia hydration
collagen production
circulation
mineral absorption
skin, hair, nails, and joints
tissue elasticity and resilience
Many people also notice that when fascia becomes dehydrated and restricted, the body may feel tighter, denser, or more calcified over time.
What Is Silica?
Silica is essentially silicon dioxide (SiO₂), one of the most abundant minerals on Earth. It naturally exists in sand, quartz, clay, plants, and deep-sea sources.
One common source of silica is Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth (DE), which comes from fossilized aquatic organisms called diatoms. Over millions of years, their shells formed a soft white powder rich in amorphous silica.
Food-grade amorphous silica is different from industrial crystalline silica. When used properly, food-grade DE is commonly used to support:
fascia hydration
mineral balance
detox support
gut health
skin and hair health
Diatomaceous Earth Food Grade is beneficial for hydrating your fascia, hair, and skin, eliminating parasites in your gut, and detoxifying heavy metals from your body. How powerful is that! Of course, there are many benefits. You can read this article that lists 31 benefits of Diatomaceous Earth.

2. Minerals
Minerals help the body conduct hydration, electrical signaling, circulation, and cellular communication.
Without minerals, water alone may not hydrate effectively.
One of my favorite mineral supports is Sea Moss because it naturally contains 92 of the 102 minerals found in the human body. Because of this, many people consider Sea Moss one of nature’s most mineral-rich whole food supports for hydration and overall vitality.
Sea Moss may support:
hydration
electrolyte balance
mineral replenishment
thyroid support
gut health
fascia flow and lubrication
If silica creates foundational support for fascia, minerals help create flow and conductivity within the body.
Ways to Support Mineral Intake
Option 1:
Fascial Flow™ (Capsules)
Recommended dose: 3 capsules daily
Option 2:
Freeze-dried Sea Moss from SurvivalMoss.
Suggested dose: 2–4 scoops daily
Option 3:
Raw Sea Moss Gel from Survival Moss (The Greater Vancouver Area Only)
You can buy sun dried Sea Moss from Survival Moss and make your own Sea Moss Gel.
Over time, many people notice improvements in:
energy
hydration
digestion
skin quality
movement
overall vitality

3. Vitamins
Vitamins work together with minerals and hydration to support the body’s overall function and recovery.
I personally focus on obtaining vitamins through:
whole foods
nutrient-dense meals
organic multivitamin support when needed
The body thrives when hydration, minerals, nutrients, movement, and nervous system regulation work together.
Here is the brand I use. Click HERE.
4. ELECTROLYTES
Electrolytes help move and regulate fluids throughout the body.
The three primary electrolytes involved in hydration are:
Sodium
Helps pull water into cells
Supports blood volume
Helps the body retain hydration
Potassium
Helps balance fluids
Supports muscle and nerve function
Magnesium
Supports muscle relaxation
Supports the nervous system
Helps cellular hydration
If you sweat frequently, drink coffee, move intensely, dance, experience chronic stress, or live in survival mode, your body may deplete minerals and electrolytes more quickly.
Hydration is not only about drinking more water.
It is also about replenishment.
A simple electrolyte drink can include:
clean water
a pinch of sea salt
fresh lemon
5. Quality Water such as Hydrogen & Structured Water
Not all water feels the same in the body.
Many people notice differences in how they feel when drinking:
filtered water
spring water
mineral-rich water
hydrogen-rich water
structured water
Personally, I use hydrogen water and structured water support as part of my hydration practice.
Hydrogen-rich water may support:
cellular hydration
energy
recovery
circulation
oxidative stress support
That said, I know not everyone is ready to invest in a machine right away — and that’s okay. Start where you are.
When I first began my healing journey, I was drinking tap water too. This process is not about perfection. It’s about building a relationship with your body and knowing you are worth supporting.

6. MOVEMENT HYDRATES FASCIA
Fascia hydrates through movement.
Walking, spiraling, stretching, bouncing, breath, dancing, and Fascial Maneuvers help:
circulate fluids
support lymphatic flow
reduce tissue compression
distribute minerals
improve hydration throughout the body
Water moves where movement flows.
The body often receives hydration more effectively when fascia softens and circulation improves.

CLOSING
Personally, I tend to increase my intake of silica, minerals, hydration support, and electrolytes during periods of detox, recovery, stress, or deeper healing work.
Always listen to your body and use discernment.
Remember:
fascia is deeply connected to fluid, movement, communication, and adaptability.
The body cannot flow optimally when fascia is dehydrated, compressed, or depleted.
Hydrate. Breathe. Move. Receive.
May we FLOW & MOVE like water. 💧🙏

💧 My Journey with Fascia, Inflammation & Self-Worth
When I first began this journey, I had nothing fancy.
I used to drink tap water—really.
And at the time, that’s all I knew.
But what I didn’t realize was that even small steps—like doing a few fascial maneuvers here and there—would start to unwind my stress, change how I saw myself, and slowly open the door to deeper healing.
As I released stress from my fascia, I began to feel myself again.
My perception expanded.
I became kinder to myself.
I started noticing my own patterns, asking:
“Why am I doing this to hurt myself?”
That self-awareness was the first turning point.
And eventually, I realized:
I am worthy of care.
I deserve to feel good.
So one day, I looked at the hydrogen water machine and said:
“Yes, it’s an investment. But I’m worth it. My body deserves this.”
That shift didn’t happen overnight—it happened through the journey.
If you’re just beginning, you don’t need to buy everything at once.
Start small. Start with silica(or Diatomaceous Earth Food Grade), or begin by drinking better quality water.
Let your journey grow with your self-love.
Because the more you love yourself, the more you’ll naturally align with what supports your well-being.
There’s no rush.
This is not about perfection—it’s about knowing your worth, one step at a time.
Much love,
Ikue | Fascia Oracle™💃💞
