I am the Lighthouse.

I sense everything.

I feel everything.

I hear everything.

I smell everything.

I see everything.

This body is alive with awareness. My fascia, my breath, my presence—every fiber of me is a receptor, a channel, a tuning fork to the world around me. I do not numb myself to life; I let it flow through.

But here is the key:

I don’t resist what I feel.

And I don’t carry what I sense.

As the Lighthouse, I shine.

I filter.

I do not hold.

Every voice, every sensation, every ripple of energy moves through me. What is distortion passes. What is truth stays.

This is my way of being—embodied presence. Not bracing, not carrying, not overburdened. Simply radiating, filtering, and standing as light.
