Here are some of the most common questions clients ask before booking a session with me. Whether this is your very first experience or you’re returning for continued support, this guide will help you feel prepared, confident, and clear about what to expect. My intention is that you arrive with ease, openness, and readiness—so you can receive the deepest benefits from our time together.
1. What kind of Fascial Embodiment™ sessions do you offer?
I currently offer single sessions and a 3-session package, depending on your needs.
All sessions are deeply intentional and transformational. I guide you to move your fascia energetically, physically, and emotionally, restoring flow in your body, nervous system, and life.
✨ Most clients choose the 3-session package because three is a powerful number.
In my experience working with clients, the body often opens in layers. When we work together across three sessions, I consistently witness deeper shifts and more lasting results.
Clients often notice that:
• The first session helps the body soften and release protective patterns
• The second session allows the system to reorganize and integrate
• The third session helps anchor the transformation so your body can sustain the new state
Because of this, I strongly recommend the 3-session package for anyone who is ready to experience the full depth of this work.
That said, if you’re unsure whether the 3-session package is right for you, you are welcome to begin with a single session.
After your first session, I offer a 3-day grace period where you can upgrade to the 3-session package by paying the remaining balance. This allows you to experience the work first and then decide if you would like to continue the journey.
Take a moment to tune into your body, energy, and intuition when choosing what feels right for you.
Once you complete your 3-session package, I provide a special booking link for returning clients so you can continue with maintenance sessions or go deeper into your health, embodiment, and expansion.

2. What happens during an in-person session?
Each session is unique and guided by what your body is ready to release and reorganize.
I work through a combination of assisted Fascial Maneuvers, intuitive guidance, and gentle movement. Depending on your body, we may work:
• Lying on the table
• Seated on a chair
• Standing and moving
Some parts are hands-on, supporting your fascia to soften and unwind.
Some parts involve simple movements or positioning that allow your body to reorganize from within.
I’m not following a fixed routine—I’m listening to your fascia in real time and responding to what it’s communicating.
This work isn’t about fixing or forcing.
It’s about creating the conditions where your body feels safe enough to release and reset.
People often experience a sense of softening, warmth, subtle release, or emotional shifts as the body begins to unwind. Each session is different, but the common thread is that your system starts to feel safer, more open, and more connected from within.

3. What happens during an online session?
Online sessions are guided in real time, with you actively moving and working with your own body.
I lead you through specific Fascial Maneuvers, positioning, and gentle movements based on what I see and feel in your system. You’ll be either lying down, seated, or standing, depending on what your body needs.
Even though I’m not physically touching you, the work is still deeply interactive. I’m tracking your body, your breath, and your responses, and adjusting the session as we go.
The focus is on helping you connect to your own body, soften patterns, and allow your system to reorganize from within.
Just like in-person sessions, this isn’t about fixing—it’s about listening, allowing, and creating space for change to happen.

4. Is it better to work with you online or in person?

5. Do you offer discovery calls?
I don’t offer discovery calls. All the information you need to understand this work is already available on my website. It’s designed so you can feel into whether this is right for you—without needing to overthink or analyze.

6. How do I know if this work is right for me?
If you feel a resonance with my work, that is the entry point. My sessions are deeply intentional and intuitive. They are not designed as a quick fix or something to fit in last minute.
This work is not about controlling or pre-planning the outcome. It is something you experience.

7. What should I wear for the session?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe with ease (avoid jeans or anything restrictive). If it’s an in-person session, you’re welcome to bring a change of clothes and use the studio space before your session begins.

8. Do I need to prepare anything before my session?
Come hydrated, and avoid heavy meals or alcohol right before. Arrive with an open body and willingness to listen. Your body already knows what it’s ready to release—we simply meet it there. Many clients come in unsure of what to expect, and that’s completely okay. What matters is not preparation, but presence.

9. How often should I book if I choose a 3-session package?
I usually recommend one session per week or every two weeks until you complete your package. This rhythm supports integration and allows your body to build on each layer of work.
That said, you’re always welcome to listen to your body and book whenever it feels right for you. Many clients notice meaningful shifts within the first three sessions, and choose to continue as their body opens further.
To honor that ongoing connection, I offer a special booking option for recurring clients, with more flexibility as you continue your journey.

10. Do sessions finish on time?
Our sessions are deeply intentional and often flow slightly beyond the scheduled time to ensure a smooth closing. Please allow an extra 5–10 minutes and avoid scheduling strenuous activity right after your session, so you have space to integrate.

Hydrogen is known for reducing oxidative stress and supporting fascia release. By incorporating it for the first 5–15 minutes of our session, we can amplify and accelerate the healing process.

16. How will I feel after a session?
Everyone responds differently. You may feel deeply relaxed, lighter, or more energized. Some people notice emotional release or detox-like symptoms as the body reorganizes. Integration is part of the healing process.

17. Can I combine this with other therapies?
Yes. Fascial work complements many healing modalities. However, I recommend focusing on our sessions until you’ve completed your first 3, so you’ll clearly know what’s working for you.

18. Are results permanent?
The shifts are real and lasting, but your body is always adapting. Think of each session as peeling back layers—progress builds over time and is sustained through awareness, self-care, and (if you choose) fascial maneuvers practice.
When fascia release is paired with affirmations, self-actualization, and clearing toxic trauma patterns, results become even more anchored. This is your journey of self-discovery, self-love, and self-mastery.

19. What is your booking & cancellation policy?
All bookings are final and non-refundable. From the moment you book, your system begins preparing, and I begin holding space for you. Please book only when you feel truly ready—your openness shapes the outcome of our session together.
I hold a 24-hour cancellation policy: sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
