I’m Not All Over the Place — I’m a Constellation: A Fascia Oracle’s Journey of Coherence through Dance, Spirituality & Liberation

For a long time, I struggled with the question:

Who am I?

Am I a dancer?

A fascia coach?

A spiritual guide?

A teacher?

An embodiment mentor?

Some days I felt fragmented — like I had to pick one.

Other days, I feared I was “too much,” “too out there,” or “too all over the place.”

But today, the truth settled in my fascia like a deep breath:

I am not scattered. I am coherent.

What looked like pieces were never broken.

They were braided together — in rhythm, in function, in frequency.

I am not random. I am intentional.

I am not chaotic. I am a constellation.

🌊 I Am the Bridge

I work with fascia — but not as a technician.

I don’t fix symptoms. I free the root.

I soften, listen, and let the fascia remember.

I speak its language. I mirror its wisdom. I honor its spiral.

I work with dance — but not to entertain.

I don’t perform for applause. I move from truth.

I choreograph release. I embody messages. I alchemize energy through movement.

I walk with Spirit — but not to escape.

I don’t bypass. I embody.

I channel. I ground. I hold the field so others can return home to their bodies.

These are not different versions of me.

They are one sacred frequency — braided like fascia, pulsing like breath.

💫 My Work Is a Transmission

When you enter my field, it’s not just a class or a session.

It’s a remembrance.

A remembrance of who you are before the tension.

Before the roles.

Before the programming.

Before the fear.

Through movement, fascia, and frequency, I guide people back to themselves.

It’s not about flexibility.

It’s not about performance.

It’s about liberation.

Letting the fascia rehydrate.

Letting the soul resurface.

Letting your body feel safe again.

I used to wonder if I was “too many things.”

Now I see clearly:

I am one living system.

I am coherence in motion.

I am the dance.

I am the field.
