🌿 Silica – The Element of Flow and Renewal
Silica is a base element present in all of us from birth. Babies are born with more silica than calcium in their bodies, but as we age, this balance shifts until calcium outweighs silica. This shift can show up as tightness in the fascia, stiffness in the body, and even calcification that limits flow.
Unfortunately, our natural silica reserves are constantly depleted by environmental toxins—especially the aluminum, barium, and strontium sprayed in the air. Without enough silica:
Our bodies struggle to absorb minerals.
Without minerals, we can’t absorb vitamins.
Without minerals and vitamins, even water cannot properly hydrate our tissues.
Instead of replenishing, unstructured water (like tap water) may actually strip minerals away, leaving us more dehydrated. This is why silica is so essential—it is the conductor of flow.
☁️ Chemtrails & Environmental Depletion
Silica doesn’t just deplete as we age — it’s also stripped from us by the very air we breathe. Many of us have heard the term chemtrails to describe the chemical trails or atmospheric sprays left across the sky. Whether you call them contrails, chemtrails, or geoengineering fallout, the truth is that our environment is full of particulate matter — especially heavy metals like aluminum, barium, and strontium.
These particles don’t just pollute the Earth — they interact with our fascia, our hydration, and our mineral balance. Barium in particular has been noted to bind and deplete silica, leaving us unable to absorb minerals even if we’re supplementing and eating clean.
That’s why someone can take all the right minerals, eat organic food, drink structured water… and still feel sluggish, stiff, or dehydrated. Without silica, the body can’t lock in the minerals, vitamins, and hydration you’re giving it. Silica is the conductor — the bridge that allows everything else to flow.
✨ Why Diatomaceous Earth (Food Grade)?
When I first began my journey with fascial maneuvers, I was guided to take silica (horsetail) supplements. They supported me, but when I switched to Diatomaceous Earth (DE) Food Grade, the shift was profound.
Scientifically speaking, silica is silicon dioxide (SiO₂), one of the most abundant compounds on Earth. It makes up quartz, clay, and sand, and is also found in plants like horsetail (Equisetum arvense) and even deep-sea sources. Diatomaceous Earth is a naturally occurring substance made from fossilized algae (diatoms). Over millions of years, their silica shells formed into a soft white powder that looks like fine sand and contains about 70–90% amorphous silica—the safe, food-grade form for humans.
💡 Important note: silica comes in two main forms—amorphous silica (food-grade, safe to ingest) and crystalline silica(industrial, not safe for the body). The lung disease warnings you may hear about are linked to inhaling crystalline silica dust in factories or mines, not from taking food-grade DE. In other words—you’re safe as long as you’re not trying to snort it like cocaine (don’t do that, haha).
To me, taking DE feels like coming home—because as avatars of the four elements (earth, water, air, fire), our bodies are made of sand and light.
💎 Here’s the deeper truth: fascia itself is made of water and silica, the same chemical composition as crystal quartz. That means our fascia is a form of liquid crystal quartz—a living transmitter of light, memory, and frequency. This is why taking silica is more important than ever: it supports the shift from carbon DNA to crystalline DNA, assisting the ascension of our bodies and consciousness into higher dimensions of light.
🌍 The Sharp Power of Silica Crystals
On a microscopic level, DE is made up of tiny, sharp-edged silica particles. To humans, it’s completely safe when used properly as a food-grade supplement. But for insects and parasites, it’s deadly.
Here’s why:
The microscopic crystals are razor-sharp to small organisms.
When insects (like ants) or parasites ingest it, these particles pierce their exoskeletons and intestines, dehydrating and destroying them from the inside.
This natural mechanism makes DE a powerful ally for cleansing parasites and rebalancing the gut.
This same crystalline sharpness is what helps clear out stagnant density from our fascia, giving us more freedom and hydration.
🌸 Benefits of Food-Grade Diatomaceous Earth
Hydrates fascia, skin, hair, and nails
Helps eliminate gut parasites
Detoxifies heavy metals (like aluminum and barium)
Restores mineral absorption
Gently cleanses and resets the body
⚠️ Taking minerals without silica = wasted effort. Environmental toxins deplete silica daily — replace it or nothing absorbs.
🌀 How to Take Silica (DE Food Grade)
Option 1 – Fascial Foundation Supplement (by Human Garage):
3 pills daily
Available through my in-person Human Garage Vancouver Fascial Maneuvers classes or online at humangarage.net
Option 2 – Diatomaceous Earth Food Grade Powder:
Start with ½–1 tsp daily in water, gradually increasing up to 3–4 tsp
Always listen to your body—use a muscle test if you can
If detox symptoms or constipation arise, lower the dosage temporarily
You can also add DE to your bath for a full-body cleanse
🛁 Detox Bath Recipe (by Human Garage)
¼ cup Diatomaceous Earth (Food Grade)
¼ cup Borax*
¼ cup Epsom Salt
*For more info on Borax, click [HERE].
This blend is deeply restorative for the fascia and nervous system, especially during detox phases.
🌟 My Personal Routine
I personally take both Fascial Foundation capsules and Diatomaceous Earth Food Grade powder every day. Together, they keep my fascia hydrated, my energy flowing, and my body clear of parasites and heavy metals.
You can purchase DE online—[here’s the Amazon brand I use].
✨ Silica reminds us that flow is our natural state. When fascia is hydrated and free of calcification, the body moves like water, and life itself flows with more ease.
