What to Expect After a Session

Every session is unique, and so is your body’s response. The work we do together doesn’t end when you leave—it continues to unfold in your fascia, your nervous system, and your field. This page is here to give you comfort and guidance, so you can trust the journey and lean into the process with faith rather than fear.

Immediate Effects

  • You may feel lighter, more open, deeply relaxed, or energized.

  • Sometimes subtle shifts happen first, and the bigger transformations reveal themselves over the next hours or days.

  • Your body might release tension, emotions, or old patterns. This is natural—allow it without judgment.

Integration Period

  • Your fascia continues to unwind and reorganize up to 72 hours after a session.

  • Begin replenishing your system with silica, minerals, and vitamins to properly restore hydration from within.

  • Support the recalibration by stretching, walking, or gently moving your body.

  • Rest if you need to—fatigue can be part of your body resetting.

  • Journaling, meditation, or quiet time may help anchor insights that arise.

Detox & Emotional Release

It’s common for old emotions, sensations, or even “forgotten” physical wounds to surface as your system clears. Examples may include:

  • Tears flowing without a clear reason

  • A heaviness in your body as old tension moves out

  • Memories resurfacing—sometimes from years ago

  • Temporary aches as your fascia and energy reorganize
