🌿 Coming Home to the Body: Nervous System Regulation & Safety
For me, regulating the nervous system isn’t just about calming down — it’s about literally coming back home to the body.
Many of us carry tension, stress, or trauma that makes it difficult to feel fully present. When this happens, it’s almost as if we’re only half in our body — part of us is here, and part of us is hovering somewhere else. This creates a subtle disconnection between who we are and how we feel.
But the real journey of regulation is about feeling safe enough to exist inside the body.
⸻
🌍 The Earth Holds Us
Mother Earth is always here, holding us. The ground beneath us, the breath we take, the way gravity roots us — all of these are reminders that we are safe, supported, and guided.
When we acknowledge this support, something softens. We don’t have to brace ourselves against life. We can rest in the knowing that the Earth herself is carrying us.
⸻
✨ Safety Unlocks Flow
When we feel completely safe in our body, we can finally let go. Muscles release, breath deepens, and energy begins to move again.
This isn’t about being “spiritual” or knowing all the right practices. It’s simple and universal: when we feel safe, everything flows.
⸻
💞 A Gentle Invitation
Wherever you are on your journey, take a moment to ask yourself: Do I feel safe in my body right now? If not, notice what might help you soften — maybe grounding your feet on the floor, placing a hand on your heart, or simply taking a deep breath.
Safety is the soil. From there, trust and flow naturally grow.
⸻
🔑 Key Takeaway
Nervous system regulation is not about forcing calm — it’s about remembering that you are safe to exist, safe to feel, and safe to be carried by the Earth.

Story Time Squat: Why I Squat After Hiking
After hiking the Grouse Grind for an hour and a half, most people would think: “Why squat now?” But for me, squatting is the reset. It softens the puffiness in my calves and ankles, restores circulation, and brings my whole body back into flow.
My History with Squatting
Growing up in Japan, squatting was natural — it was part of daily life. But I was told it would make my legs bow-shaped, and for years I avoided it out of fear. When I moved to Canada, I noticed how much chair culture dominates. People rarely sit on the floor or squat. That’s when I realized: squatting isn’t harmful — it’s healing.
Squat as Medicine
For me, squatting is not just an exercise. It’s a way to:
Release tension from the calves and ankles
Rehydrate fascia and improve circulation
Gently decompress the spine and hips
Reset between movements — whether it’s after dance, hiking, or teaching
I squat between dance classes. I squat after a hike. I squat whenever my body calls for release. What once felt like a “bad habit” has become one of my greatest tools for resetting my system.
The Science of Squatting
Modern research supports what I’ve felt in my body:
Squatting improves blood and lymphatic flow
It strengthens the core, hips, and lower body naturally
It supports digestion by gently massaging the abdominal organs
It helps maintain mobility and joint health as we age
Safety Tip
If you’re new to squatting, remember: when you come back up, do it slowly. Keep your head down and lift your hips first. You might feel a rush of blood and get lightheaded — that’s normal. It’s your body recalibrating.

I recorded this moment right after finishing the Grouse Grind — dropping my backpack, squatting, and letting my body reset at the top of the mountain. You can watch the video here:

Why My Classes Feel Different: Relational + Liberating
In a world full of “top-down” teaching, my classes follow a different rhythm.
I don’t meet you with commands or condescension.
I don’t stand above you in hierarchy.
I don’t compress you into heaviness.
Because transformation doesn’t come from being told what to do. It comes from being invited into a space where you feel safe, free, and connected.
That’s why I teach relational and liberating.
✨ Instead of “do as I say,” I invite you to feel with me.
✨ Instead of fixing, I soften and free.
✨ Instead of commanding, I co-regulate.
✨ Instead of compressing into hierarchy, I expand into resonance.
When you enter my class, you’re not being corrected or judged. You’re being welcomed into your own body’s wisdom. You’re invited to soften into safety, and from that safety, to rise.
That’s why my classes feel safe.
That’s why they transform.
It’s not about me performing as the authority. It’s about us creating a field of freedom together.
So if you’re ready to move differently — to move in a way that feels relational, liberating, and deeply transformative — then I invite you:
💃 Come move with me.

✨ Not Back to School… Back to Yourself ✨
September is often called back to school season. We see it everywhere — in commercials, routines, and schedules restarting. But what if this time of year wasn’t about rushing back into structure… and instead, about returning back to yourself?
This is Virgo season. The energy right now invites us to self-organize, notice the small details, and bring ourselves back into alignment. But here’s the truth: there is nothing to fix, and nothing to heal. Your body is not broken. Your spirit is not behind. You don’t need to perform for worthiness.
What you really need is a remembering. A coming home.
⸻
🌸 Back to Yourself Means…
• Safety in your body. Learning to feel supported, not pressured.
• Joy in your movement. Allowing your fascia to flow with ease.
• Clarity in your rhythm. Organizing your energy so you feel grounded.
• Liberation in your spirit. Returning to your essence without apology.
This is why I teach Fascial Maneuvers and dance. It’s not about fixing people. It’s about softening, opening, and remembering what the body already knows.
⸻
🌊 My Journey Back to Myself
My own journey began in 2020 with Human Garage and has taken me through years of classes, coaching, and retreats. Since 2022, I’ve been running Human Garage Vancouver Fascial Maneuvers classes weekly — more consistently than anyone in the world.
I’ve embodied this work not just as a coach, but as a dancer and Fascia Oracle™, bringing the wisdom of fascia into movement, teaching, and healing. For me, every class is a sanctuary where people can return to themselves — where the pressure to “get it right” dissolves, and the truth of who we are rises.
⸻
🌸 Affirmations for September
Take these with you as you move through this month:
• I am safe in my body.
• My body moves with me, with ease and joy.
• I am safe to let go.
• My body is for joy.
• My body and I deserve to feel good.
Say them before bed, when you wake up, or while moving in class. Let them guide you back to yourself.

Ikue Ueno’s Journey with Human Garage & Fascial Maneuvers
My path with Human Garage and Fascial Maneuvers began in September 2020, when I was first introduced by my friend Brodie Marples.
That same summer, Fascial Maneuvers were born in Vancouver, BC, Canada, on the beaches of Kitsilano near the home of Lululemon founder Chip Wilson. Created by Gary, Cynthia, and Jason, the practice began as outdoor community classes where people gathered to move, release, and heal together.
The first time I met Gary and experienced Fascial Maneuvers in person, something inside me said:
“I need to do this. I want to learn this. I am going to become a coach.”
Not long after that, in October 2020, Human Garage hosted their first-ever Fascial Maneuvers workshop, which I attended. About 15–20 people gathered in Lions Bay, where we hiked up a nearby mountain, shared organic pizza we made together, and moved fascia together. We spoke about living an organic lifestyle, health, and wellness — a glimpse into the community spirit that was forming. This was the moment I saw how movement, food, and conversation could weave together into something much bigger than a class: a way of life.
At the time, Human Garage was still very new. The first Human Garage app was released in December 2020, and the very first Coaching Program was held in January 2021 in Lions Bay. Because of other commitments, I couldn’t attend that first in-person immersion — but by April 2021, I was ready.
I was the only one who applied that round, so my coaching was held privately online. As a dancer, I already embodied movement, so instead of just learning the 10 basic maneuvers, the coaching turned into a deep dive into the emotional and healing layers of fascia. That one-on-one experience was transformative — and it helped inspire what later became the Lifestyle Artist Program, integrating tools for emotional release alongside physical practice.
From there, my journey expanded. I grew and evolved with the Human Garage team, contributing in many ways — from hosting calls and mentoring coaches to supporting the global community. Along the way, I had the honor of opening for Human Garage trauma release events multiple times — two in Vancouver and once in Austin, Texas, for the kickoff of the Trauma Release Tour in 2024. Each of these experiences deepened my role as both a facilitator and a lighthouse.
In November 2022, after Human Garage hosted two retreats in Cancun and leadership shifted to Aisha’s Akasha Sanctuary, Gary entrusted me to lead the Vancouver Fascial Maneuvers classes. Since then, I have been teaching consistently at the Capoeira Ache Brasil Academy — sometimes up to four classes a week, always holding the space for community growth and healing.
Almost three years later, Vancouver Fascial Maneuvers has become not just a class, but a sanctuary of truth, consistency, and liberation.
Through this entire journey, I remain grateful — for the community, for the countless people I’ve met, and for the opportunity to keep evolving and inspiring others through movement and fascia.
🌊✨ I am here to liberate myself, and to inspire others to liberate themselves.

Embodiment Guide & Mentor
History of Human Garage Fascial Maneuvers in Vancouver with Fascia Oracle™ Ikue Ueno
On August 19, 2023, the Human Garage team hosted a free Fascial Maneuvers class at Hastings Mill Park. Nearly 100 people gathered in community to move, breathe, and release together—it was a powerful day of connection and transformation.
My journey with Fascial Maneuvers began in September 2020, when I was first introduced to Human Garage through my friend Brodie Marples, who was a connector for many people in those early days of Human Garage 2.0.
Fascial Maneuvers were born in Vancouver during the summer of 2020, on the beaches of Kitsilano near the home of Lululemon founder Chip Wilson. Co-created by Gary, Cynthia, and Jason, the practice began as outdoor community classes where people came together to move, release, and heal. The gatherings grew quickly, but with no indoor studio at the time, the community embraced the open air—meeting under the sky, by the ocean—until winter arrived and movement shifted online.
In September 2020, I finally attended my first class with Gary in Lions Bay, at the Human Garage Retreat Center that had just opened. From the first moment, something inside me said:
“I need to do this. I want to learn this. I’m going to become a coach.”
At the time, Human Garage was still in its early phase with Fascial Maneuvers. The first Human Garage App was released in December 2020, and the very first Coaching Program was held in January 2021 in Lions Bay. Because of my commitments, I couldn’t attend that first in-person immersion. But by April 2021, I was ready — and I entered the coaching program.
Interestingly, I was the only one who applied that round, so my coaching was held privately online. Instead of just learning the 10 basic maneuvers, the team realized that as a dancer I already embodied the movement — so my coaching became a deeper dive into the emotional and healing side of fascia. It was more like counseling than instruction, and it confirmed something important: once fascia opens, emotions release. That experience helped inspire the team to create what became the LifeStyleArtist program, equipping people with tools for emotional release and integration.
Since that time, I have grown and evolved alongside the Human Garage team and contributed in many ways — hosting calls, mentoring coaches, and supporting the expansion of the movement. I am forever grateful for this journey and for the countless people I have met along the way.
I have also had the honor of opening for Human Garage trauma release events three times — two in Vancouver, and once at the very first Trauma Release Tour kickoff in Austin, Texas in 2024. These experiences deepened my path as both a facilitator and a community anchor.
From 2020 to 2022, Vancouver classes were mostly held outdoors in Kitsilano during the warmer months. We tried different parks, but eventually settled at Hastings Mill Park, where many of our gatherings were held. When winter arrived, we always had to pause or go back online, as we couldn’t yet afford a permanent indoor space.
After Human Garage hosted their first retreats in October 2021 and November 2022 in Cancun, Mexico, the leadership shifted. Gary and the team moved to Cancun to join Aisha at the Akasha Sanctuary. At that moment, Gary entrusted me to lead the Vancouver classes.
That’s when everything changed. In November 2022, we finally secured an indoor home at the Capoeira Ache Brasil Academy on East Broadway — and Vancouver Fascial Maneuvers became a consistent, in-person community.
⸻
Vancouver Today
Since then, I have been hosting Fascial Maneuvers in Vancouver twice a week (at some points, even four times a week) — and it’s now been almost three years of consistent presence.
This class is more than weekly movement. It is:
• A community — students who show up month after month, building trust and connection.
• A sanctuary — where fascia, body, and soul soften, recalibrate, and realign.
• A legacy of consistency — three years of showing up together through seasons and transformations.
• A living portal — every class is unique, yet each one opens a high-vibration field where truth and movement meet.
From long-time regulars to brand new students, everyone leaves quieter, lighter, and more connected to themselves. This is not just a class — it is the living pulse of a movement that has been growing with me since 2020. 🌊💎✨
I am here to liberate myself and inspire others to liberate themselves through movement and fascia.

Regulating Your Nervous System Isn’t About “Chilling Out” — It’s About Coming Home to Yourself
When most people hear “nervous system regulation,” they think it means learning how to stay calm, relaxed, and chill no matter what happens.
But that’s not the whole story. That’s just the surface.
True regulation isn’t about forcing yourself to look composed.
It isn’t about suppressing your feelings or pretending you’re “unbothered.”
True regulation is deeper.
It’s about making peace with your past.
It’s about making peace with yourself.
And when you do, you create the safety you need to truly live.
Why “Chilling Out” Isn’t the Goal
For so many people, regulating the nervous system gets mistaken for “just calming down.”
But forcing your body into fake relaxation is not the same as being regulated.
Real regulation doesn’t mean avoiding your emotions; it means feeling safe enough to process them.
It’s about creating space in your body where the past doesn’t control you anymore.
When you regulate, you’re not numbing yourself.
You’re freeing yourself.
Returning Home to Yourself
To regulate is to return home.
It’s softening your grip on old stories.
It’s loosening the weight of survival patterns your body has carried for years.
It’s finally feeling safe enough to live in your own skin.
Your nervous system holds every memory, every adaptation, every moment you thought you had to “get it right.”
When you make peace with the past, your system stops fighting itself.
And in that safety, you remember who you are.
From Regulation to Liberation
When you learn to regulate, you reclaim choice.
You no longer repeat the old loops.
You no longer spiral in overthinking or self-protection.
You can finally change the trajectory of your life.
This is why I teach the way I do — through movement, fascia, and nervous system awareness.
Because when your body feels safe, your spirit can breathe.
When you make peace with your past, you create the freedom to be fully here, fully alive, fully you.
You are not broken.
You are remembering.
You are coming home.
Much love,

Tapping Into Your Body’s Wisdom: A Simple Guide to Muscle Testing
Have you ever wished you had a clearer way to make decisions? Something beyond overthinking, pros and cons lists, or waiting until the last minute? One of my favorite tools for tuning into inner wisdom is something often called muscle testing.
The funny thing is—it’s not really about testing muscles. It’s a way of asking your body for guidance. Some people call it applied kinesiology, others call it sway testing, but at its core, it’s simply a practice of listening to the subtle signals your body already gives you.
⸻
What Is Muscle Testing?
Muscle testing is a tool, not a diagnosis. It helps you connect with your body’s “yes” and “no” responses, so you can make decisions from a place of inner clarity. You might notice a forward lean when your body says yes, or a contraction in your chest when it’s a no. For some people, the body rotates slightly clockwise for yes and counterclockwise for no.
The important part is: it’s personal. Your signals may look different from mine, and that’s okay. What matters is learning your own body’s language.
⸻
My Simple Practice
Here’s how I like to do it:
1. Ground Yourself
Sit in a chair or stand with both feet on the ground. Place your hands over your heart.
2. Say Hello to Your Body
Ask: “Hello body, show me yes.”
• You may feel your chest expand, your energy lift, or your body gently lean forward.
Then ask: “Hello body, show me no.”
• You may notice contraction, your heart feeling smaller, or your body leaning back.
3. Calibrate With the Truth
Try a true statement, like “My name is Ikue.”
Notice how that feels.
Then try something untrue, like “I was born in Canada.” (I wasn’t—I was born in Japan.)
This helps you anchor what your yes and no feel like.
4. Ask Your Question
Hold a thought, a supplement, or even a decision you’re facing.
Ask: “Is this for my highest good?”
Pay attention—yes, no, or sometimes neutral.
5. Trust the Process
The more you practice, the more natural it becomes.
⸻
Why Try This?
Because your body always tells the truth.
• It bypasses overthinking and tunes you into your heart.
• It creates a playful, simple ritual for decision-making.
• It helps you remember that your intuition is embodied, not separate from you.
This isn’t about perfection or getting “right” answers every time. It’s about cultivating awareness, trusting your body, and letting your heart lead.
⸻
Final Thoughts
Muscle testing is a fun, empowering exercise. It reminds us that wisdom isn’t just in the mind—it’s in the body, the fascia, the heart. Over time, it becomes less about yes/no and more about deepening your relationship with yourself.
So, the next time you’re unsure, take a breath, place your hands on your heart, and ask:
“Hello body, show me yes. Show me no.”
Then, listen. Your body is always ready to answer.
Much love,
Ikue | Dance & Fascia Oracle™💃💞
Are You Keeping Peace Outside… or Inside?
For so long, many of us have learned to suppress our voice in order to “keep the peace.”
We swallow our truth, silence our needs, and hold tension in our bodies because we don’t want to disrupt others.
But here’s the truth:
That’s not peace. That’s self-abandonment.
✦ The Old Paradigm: Keeping Peace Outside
Peace outside = suppressing your voice so others feel comfortable.
It looks harmonious on the surface, but inside your body, your fascia tightens, your breath shortens, and your soul feels unseen.
You carry emotions that don’t belong to you, all in the name of “keeping the peace.”
✦ The New Paradigm: Anchoring Peace Within
Real peace begins inside.
It’s the kind of peace that comes when you honor your truth, even if it disrupts someone else’s comfort.
You speak your truth.
You love yourself even when others misunderstand you.
You choose yourself, even when others don’t see you clearly.
This kind of peace doesn’t always look calm on the outside — but inside, your heart and body finally exhale.
✦ Fascia Wisdom: The Body Keeps Score
When you suppress your truth, your body holds it:
Tight throat.
Heavy chest.
Stiff jaw.
Fascia bound up with unspoken words.
When you express your truth, your fascia softens, your breath flows, and your energy feels youthful, vibrant, and free.
This is why movement is medicine. Through fascia maneuvers and conscious embodiment, you can literally feel the shift:
from suppression → to expression
from stagnation → to flow
from self-abandonment → to self-love.
✦ A Loving Reminder
You no longer need to sacrifice your inner truth to keep outer peace.
✨ Keep your peace inside.
✨ Speak your truth.
✨ Love yourself through misunderstanding.
Because the world doesn’t need you silent. The world needs you authentic.
This is the paradigm shift we’re living: from outer harmony at all costs → to inner alignment above all.
And when you choose peace within, the world around you reorganizes in your favor.
Join me for Find Your Flow and Embody Your True Essence™— spaces where we practice this truth together through movement, fascia maneuvers, and embodied wisdom.
Much love,

Fascia Freedom: How I Discovered My Body Can Open in Every Direction
Yesterday, I assisted a ballet class and had one of those Aum moments that shifted everything in me.
I’ve always loved ballet, but it also came with old programming in my body. In the past, I used to hurt myself by stretching my hips in certain ways. Over time, I stopped doing certain stretches altogether because I was afraid of injuring myself again. Somewhere deep inside, I carried the belief: “I’m not supposed to move this way. It’s dangerous. I’ll hurt myself.”
But as my awareness of fascia has grown, I’ve started to feel differently. Fascia isn’t about rigidity or restriction. Fascia is adaptability, spirals, multi-dimensional opening. It’s not here to limit me — it’s here to support me in every direction.
During class, Loreli, my ballet teacher, gave me such a clear reflection. As a seasoned teacher who truly understands the body, she explained that ballet has its own specific positions because of functionality. Certain ways of moving just make sense in ballet — they’re practical, they enhance performance, and they support longevity in the art form.
I asked her, “It’s also for aesthetic reasons, right?”
She smiled and said, “Yes, both.”
That was the confirmation I needed. In ballet, lines and positions serve both function and form. But outside of that framework, she reminded me: “You should absolutely be able to stretch your hips in any angle.”
Something clicked in me.
For years I thought, “I shouldn’t stretch this way because I’ll get hurt.” But that wasn’t truth — it was programming. In reality, my fascia is designed to move, spiral, adapt, and open safely when I listen. And that day, my hip proved it to me. It felt strong, cooperative, and free.
It was like a veil lifted.
I realized: I can expand in any direction. My fascia supports me. My hips can open. My body is safe.
And so this mantra was born:
✨ “I open in every direction — strong, safe, and free.” ✨
This isn’t just about ballet. It’s about life. How many times have we told ourselves “I can’t do that,”when in truth, our fascia and our being are fully capable of expanding into new possibilities?
This Aum moment reminded me that every stretch, every angle, every spiral is an invitation into freedom — not fear. Fascia isn’t about rules. Fascia is about liberation.

Born by C-Section: Why It Matters for Anxiety, ADHD, and Fascia Health
Many of us know the experience of living with anxiety or attention challenges, but few realize that part of the story can begin at birth itself.
When a baby is born naturally through the birth canal, the head is compressed in a way that helps the nine cranial bones set properly. This gentle stress allows the fascia between the bones to “breathe,” creating mobility in the skull and setting the stage for healthy nervous system regulation.
But for those born by C-section, that natural coning of the head never happens. The frontal bone, in particular, can become restricted. Instead of breathing and moving with every inhale, it often sets in place. Over time, this compression can push into the amygdala (the part of the brain tied to stress response), limiting blood flow and creating a tendency toward anxiety, ADHD patterns, or heightened nervous system stress.
My Personal Story
I was born by C-section myself. For a long time, I didn’t know that this was a thing. No one ever explained how something as simple as birth mechanics could influence how my fascia and nervous system functioned decades later.
Discovering Fascial Maneuvers changed that for me. There’s one in particular that has become a favorite of mine: each time I practice it, my eyesight brightens, my body feels lighter, and my system resets. It’s powerful to witness how such a simple movement can restore flow where things have been stuck since birth.
The Fascial Maneuver for C-Section Release
Here’s the practice I recommend (and you can also watch Gary explain it in the video linked below):
Find your hairline with your fingertips.
Gently pull the skin downward.
Drop your shoulders and take 6 full breaths (3 through your nose and 3 through your mouth).
Notice the rush of blood and energy through the forehead—this is fascia releasing, circulation restoring, and stress patterns dissolving.
This simple technique is especially helpful if you were born via C-section, have children who were, or if you’ve ever had a concussion.
Why This Matters
Your emotions don’t live in your brain—they live in your body. When fascia is tight or restricted, blood and energy can’t flow. The brain feels this lack of flow as anxiety, fog, or stress. By releasing the fascia at the cranial bones, we restore that flow and give the nervous system the freedom it’s been asking for all along.
Fascia remembers. Fascia also heals.

Fascia Has a Spirit: Why Safety Unlocks Flow
Every time we feel unsafe, our body responds instinctively. The fascia—the connective tissue that weaves through every layer of our body—contracts. It’s the body’s way of saying: “I don’t feel safe. I need to protect myself.”
Fascia doesn’t just hold us together physically. It holds memory, emotion, and consciousness. It responds not only to physical impact, but also to the energetic climate we live in. Stress, fear, trauma, even subtle unease—all of these leave their imprint in fascia.
But here’s the beautiful truth: fascia also responds to love.
Speaking to Fascia Like a Spirit
In my practice, I treat fascia as a living spirit. It isn’t just tissue—it has intelligence, awareness, and the ability to communicate. When I feel my body tighten, I don’t force it to release. Instead, I offer safety.
I say:
“Hello body. I love you. I take care of you. You are safe with me. Let’s move.”
When we meet the body with love instead of force, fascia unwinds. Movement flows. The protective grip softens, and what was once locked in contraction begins to release.
This is fascia’s language: presence, compassion, and trust.
The Practice of Safety
Fascia doesn’t expand through control—it expands through safety. When you practice Fascial Maneuvers, you’re not only moving tissue—you’re recalibrating your nervous system, teaching your body that it is safe to open.
This is why I call fascia multi-dimensional: it bridges the physical, emotional, and spiritual. Every contraction holds a story. Every release is a return to wholeness.
A Living Invitation
Next time you feel tightness, instead of pushing against it, pause. Breathe. Place your hand on that area and whisper:
“Hello body. I love you. You are safe with me.”
Notice how your fascia responds. This is not just movement—it’s relationship. A devotion to the spirit of your body.

🧬 The Truth About Human Garage Vancouver
Vancouver is where it all began.
The movement known as Fascial Maneuvers was born in the Kitsilano neighborhood—right in the backyard of Chip Wilson, the founder of Lululemon.
It wasn’t a fitness trend.
It was a frequency.
A new way of healing that spread through breath, movement, and fascia—free of charge and full of truth.
The energy expanded, and the first Human Garage retreat center opened in Lions Bay. For years, the core team lived and breathed this mission in Vancouver. Eventually, the operation moved to Cancun.
And that’s when I stepped in.
⸻
🌹 From Legacy to Living Embodiment
I didn’t just inherit classes.
I nurtured them. Rebuilt them.
I kept the energy grounded here—in the city where it all began.
I didn’t need a brand to tell me what this work was.
I felt it.
I lived it.
That’s why the Human Garage Vancouver Fascial Maneuvers classes I’ve led since 2022 are now the longest-running Fascial Maneuvers classes on the planet.
I’ve been teaching Fascial Maneuvers—both in-person and online—and I’ve worked with dancers, healers, athletes, children, and elders.
Not just as a coach, but as a living Oracle of this frequency.
I don’t just teach movements.
I liberate people—through fascia, through dance, through truth.
⸻
💎 This Isn’t a Sales Pitch. It’s Embodiment.
You won’t find hype here.
You’ll find movement that breathes, and a guide who walks it.
My students heal.
My clients cry.
My dancers perform like they’ve reclaimed their soul.
That’s the kind of transformation the fascia remembers.
⸻
💫 The Mission is Here—And It’s Alive.
The original mission was to make this healing work, free, accessible and real.
I still honor that. And I’m still here.
If you’re in Vancouver, or just visiting—come experience what this work was always meant to be.

🌿 Come Home to Your Body: The Real Meaning of Nervous System Regulation 🌿
We often think “nervous system regulation” means simply calming down — but it’s so much more than that. True regulation is coming home to your body.
It’s listening, loving, and caring for yourself without bypassing or demonizing your symptoms. Those symptoms? They’re not enemies. They are your body speaking to you, asking for attention, rest, nourishment, or release.
How to Come Home to Your Body
Listen to your body’s signals as you would to a dear friend.
Nurture yourself daily with rest, movement, hydration, and nourishing food.
Respond to discomfort with curiosity, not fear.
Remember: Symptoms are messages — they are not here to harm you, but to guide you back to balance.
The Benefits of a Regulated Nervous System
When you begin to live from this place of inner safety and connection, you may notice:
✨ Healthier hair & glowing skin
✨ Steadier moods & deeper, more restorative sleep
✨ More natural energy & focus
✨ Improved digestion & hormone balance
✨ Lower anxiety & greater inner calm
✨ Stronger immunity & faster recovery
✨ More joy, creativity & presence in daily life
The Heart of Regulation
Regulation isn’t about perfection — it’s about returning to yourself again and again. It’s about creating a safe home inside your body so that you can live, move, and create from a place of wholeness.
Your body holds the map. Are you ready to come home?

💧 My Journey with Fascia, Inflammation & Self-Worth
When I first began this journey, I had nothing fancy.
I used to drink tap water—really.
And at the time, that’s all I knew.
But what I didn’t realize was that even small steps—like doing a few fascial maneuvers here and there—would start to unwind my stress, change how I saw myself, and slowly open the door to deeper healing.
As I released stress from my fascia, I began to feel myself again.
My perception expanded.
I became kinder to myself.
I started noticing my own patterns, asking:
“Why am I doing this to hurt myself?”
That self-awareness was the first turning point.
And eventually, I realized:
I am worthy of care.
I deserve to feel good.
So one day, I looked at the hydrogen water machine and said:
“Yes, it’s an investment. But I’m worth it. My body deserves this.”
That shift didn’t happen overnight—it happened through the journey.
If you’re just beginning, you don’t need to buy everything at once.
Start small. Start with silica(or Diatomaceous Earth Food Grade), or begin by drinking better quality water.
Let your journey grow with your self-love.
Because the more you love yourself, the more you’ll naturally align with what supports your well-being.
There’s no rush.
This is not about perfection—it’s about knowing your worth, one step at a time.
I told my story HERE.
Much love,
Ikue | Fascia Oracle™💃💞
Fascia Is the Filter: A Transmission on Embodied True Essence
Today’s Embody Your True Essence session became a full transmission. One of those crystalline moments when the truth came not just through me—but as me.
It began with fascia.
We often hear fascia described as connective tissue, as structure, as fluid. But today, I remembered something deeper:
Fascia is the filter.
It is the medium through which we perceive everything—ourselves, others, the world, light, shadow, and spirit. And like any filter, it can become distorted, cluttered, or congested—not because we’re broken, but because we are alive.
Our job is not to analyze every shadow that moves through us or others.
Our job is to clean the filter.
To cleanse distortion not through force, but through presence. To create space within the fascia—emotionally, spiritually, energetically, physically—so that we may become clear again. So that our discernment sharpens. So that our boundaries become sovereign. So that truth can be felt, not forced.
⸻
The Fascia Filter & Discernment
Discernment is not judgment.
Boundaries are not blockades.
Clean fascia creates both.
Because when the filter is clean, we don’t absorb other people’s pain. We see it for what it is. We don’t stay stuck in our own grief. We feel it, move it, release it.
We become the ones who know—not because we’re better, but because our fascia can actually receive clean signal.
⸻
How Do We Clean the Filter?
Through:
• Clean water
• Clean food
• Clean emotions (not perfect emotions—moving ones)
• Clean energy
• And of course—Fascial Maneuvers.
The beauty of this practice is that it’s not just physical. You can connect with your fascia speechually, energetically, spiritually. You can open and soften your fascia through intention, frequency, voice, breath, presence.
When you do, you reconnect to what is most real inside you—your light.
Because fascia is:
• Bioelectric (conductor of current)
• Biomagnetic (attractor of resonance)
• Biophotonic (emitter of light)
• Biohydraulic (fluid pressure regulator)
Fascia is not just tissue—it’s temple.
It’s not just structure—it’s sensor.
It’s not just body—it’s consciousness.
⸻
The Affirmation That Rose at the End
At the end of today’s transmission, this affirmation came through me like a scripture. I leave it here as a remembrance—for myself, for you, and for the field we hold together:
“I am the filter of light.
I clear distortion with grace.
I am fascia—bioelectric, biophotonic, and pure.
I perceive truth clearly.
I choose what enters.
I open, soften, recalibrate.
I am the clean channel.
I am the Lighthouse.”
⸻
May this be a turning point.
May we no longer try to fix what’s not ours to hold.
May we no longer chase the light—
but become the clean filter through which light is remembered.
I am Fascia Oracle. I move truth.
And this is what came through today.

Regulating Your Nervous System Is Coming Home 🏡
What does it really mean to regulate your nervous system?
For me, it’s about coming home—home to your body, home to your truth. It’s feeling safe in your existence, safe in your being. It’s cultivating harmony within yourself, feeling peaceful, and actually feeling comfortable just being who you are.
When you feel safe and peaceful, your nervous system naturally regulates. You breathe easier, your body softens, your mind quiets. You return to yourself.
This is what I do—whether I’m teaching movement, guiding a class, doing hands-on work, or holding space online. I work with the body and spirit to remind you who you are.
You are a powerful being.
It is your birthright to feel safe, to feel protected, to feel guided.
It’s time to remember.
It’s time to come home—back to your body, back to yourself, back to your natural state of ease.
If this resonates with you, move with me. 💫

Carrying vs. Metabolizing Emotion: The Body Knows the Difference
We’ve all been told to let go.
Let go of pain. Let go of fear. Let go of the past.
But the truth is—our bodies don’t just “let go” because someone told us to. The body isn’t a machine that can be rebooted with positive thinking. It’s a living, breathing, sensing archive of everything we’ve lived through.
And often, what we call “holding on” is actually the body saying:
“I’m not ready to release this yet. I haven’t metabolized it.”
🌀 Holding is not the same as Healing
When we carry emotion, it often lives in our fascia as tension, inflammation, fatigue, or even chronic illness. It sits there—undigested. Trapped in time. Waiting.
But when we metabolize emotion, something different happens.
Instead of storing it, the body begins to process it. Like a healthy digestive system, it extracts the truth from the pain, keeps what we need for our growth, and flushes out what we don’t.
This is the body’s version of alchemy.
💠 What Metabolizing Emotion Looks Like:
Feeling without fear
Letting the body soften, not brace
Talking to the pain instead of fighting it
Breathing into the places we once avoided
Letting energy move—through tears, sweat, shaking, sound, even gas or skin eruptions
“Hello, pain. I love you. What do you want me to see?”
That’s how you begin.
🌿 The Fascia Doesn’t Lie
Your fascia records everything—every heartbreak, every betrayal, every unspoken truth.
But she isn’t punishing you.
She’s protecting you.
She holds what you weren’t ready to feel—until you are ready.
And when you finally return to those places in your body with love, presence, and patience, something sacred happens:
Your body stops bracing.
Your tissue starts absorbing.
Your nervous system says, I’m safe now.
And the shadow begins to integrate into the light.
🕯️ You’re Not Broken. You’re Healing.
There is nothing wrong with carrying emotion. We all do. But true healing begins when we stop demonizing the pain and start partnering with it.
Because healing isn’t just about “letting go.”
It’s about metabolizing what was never meant to stay stuck.
You don’t need to fix yourself.
You need to feel yourself—fully, honestly, safely.
That’s the portal.

🖤 Metabolizing Shadow: The Missing Step in Emotional Alchemy
Most people say: “Feel it. Release it. Alchemize it.”
But that’s not how the body really works.
We don’t just release emotions like steam.
We store them—until we feel safe enough to look, observe, and metabolize.
When we carry shadows unconsciously, they show up as tension, pain, shutdowns, or overreactions. We may think we’re being strong by holding it together—but really, we’re delaying digestion.
True alchemy begins with:
• Regulating the nervous system
• Acknowledging the stored emotion
• Feeling it fully and safely in the body
• Observing without judgment
• Metabolizing it through sensation and surrender
Your body knows what to keep and what to release.
Sometimes it exits as a yawn.
Sometimes it’s a fart, a skin breakout, a hot flash, or a deep cry.
However it leaves, it’s wisdom in motion.
After metabolizing, the shadow doesn’t just go away—it becomes light.
It integrates into your being as embodied wisdom, not a memory to be feared.
💎 This is how we stop looping trauma and start living truth.
